An Alliance Fort can be built by the R4/5 of an alliance once the alliance has at least 40 members and a power of 500,000. Currently only two Alliance Forts can be built. The Alliance Fort creates and Alliance Territory around the Fort. Alliance Production Buildings can be built inside the Alliance Territory. The maximum number of Alliance Production Buildings is restricted to the number of Alliance Forts.
