Mobile Strike - War Room
All information about the building War Room in Mobile Strike including prerequisites, resource requirements, time, Power increase and boosts.
The level of your War Room influences the size of rallies you set. Important for rally leaders, which normally max out to level 21 soon anyway. Less important in other situations and you might decide to wait with upgrading this building to higher levels until you reach the last phase of getting to Research Facility level 21 and can buy the required Tactical Manuals in bulk, which is cheaper. War Room upgrades require the Embassy to be upgraded.
