Tutorial and Review of the puzzle game Spades Card Game from MobilityWare.
Description | Spades is a simplified version of Bridge and a bit similar to the game Hearts. You play it with 4 players (in this game 3 of those are played by the computer). It is played with one deck of cards dealt out between the players, each receiving 13 cards. After looking at your cards you should estimate how many tricks you will make with your cards. After this is done one player stats by playing a card and all players should follow suit. The highest card wins the trick. Spades is the trump color, which means a spades card is always higher than a card of one of the other three suits. If you cannot follow suits you can play a spades card (not obligated). No one can start a trick with spades until spades has been broken (meaning until someone has played a spades card when not being able to follow suit). You play the game together with the player sitting opposite of you, the goal is to together reach your combined goal, and ideally prevent the opposing team from reaching their goal. (More Info) |

Tutorial and Review of the puzzle game Addiction Solitaire.
Description | In this Addiction Solitaire game you have to place the cards in order from Aces to Six from left to right, one row for each suit. The Aces are already at their correct position in the starting game. Cards can only be moved to an open spot if it is the next card in order of the same suit as the card to the left of the open spot. So I Five of Hearts can only be moved to an open spot if the card to the left is the Four of Hearts. So you need to try to prevent open spots from occurring next to a Six (the highest card in this game). (More Info) |

Tutorial and Review of the puzzle game Harry Potter Puzzles and Spells.
Description | Classic solitaire game. Played with one full deck of cards, the starting position is 7 lanes of cards with one open card on top of each lane and under those an increasing amount of closed cards (0 in lane 1 to 6 in lane 7). The remaining cards are closed. You can move one (or more) cards from one lane to another when the lane you move too has as top open card a card of one value higher than the bottom card of the cards you move. So a red 8 can be moved on top of a black 9, a set of three cards red jack, black 10, red 9 can be moved on top of a black queen. When moving cards between lanes results in a closed card being on top of a lane, you can open this closed card. There are also 4 piles for each suit where you can place the cards in order Ace, two, three, ... to King. You can one by one open the cards from the drawing stack, the opened cards are placed on top of each other, so you have always only one visible. These open cards can be placed on top of a lane if they meet the same condition as for moving lanes, or they can be placed on the 4 piles of suits, if they match the corresponding criteria as well.
