How to get Basic Development Ingot
How Do I Get Basic Development Ingot?
To my knowledge there is no quick and easy way to get this. You need to keep killing beasts and rallying red guards and each time there is a relatively small (compared to Combat Ingot) chance you get some Basic Development Ingot (for red guards in the standard Chest).
