Troop Training Calculator Added

The troop training calculator helps you plan in advance how much troops you can train, the speed ups and resources you need, for example if you want to win the prizes in the troop training event. So far we only know the resource and training time for tier 1 troops. If you have more info on higher tier troops, please share in the comment section and we will modify the troop training calculator accordingly.
