Resource Requirements Calculator Added

We have added a resource requirements calculator. This calculator allows you to keep track of the stocks (including resource items etc) of all your accounts (main and farms) and check whether your combined resources have already reached certain targets (e.g. the requirements for a new command center upgrade).
